Our big girl started junior high today! As I pulled up to the front of the school I knew she was excited and nervous and as she hopped off the car and scurried off towards the door, it felt like the first time I dropped her off at kindergarten. I remember they wouldn't let the parents walk in with them. Drove off crying like a baby. Definitely felt some tears well up today as she starts this new chapter in her life. She'll do great though and I can't wait to hear all about her first day later.
Oh and she had like two wardrobe changes before she finally made up her mind. Like mother like daughter!
